Model & Custom Home Designs: We work within your guidelines to produce innovative designs for individual model homes and/or entire product lines with a variety of options, styles and price points. We can update existing model plans and improve curb appeal, develop 1 & 2 story variations with alternate elevations and make "redline" customizations on a per job basis for individual customers. We can also work directly with your customers to develop their ideas into their own unique custom homes. New Construction & Remodels: We produce drawings for any phase of single family residential construction. Whether your job is a simple bathroom remodel, a 2nd story addition, a whole house renovation, or a "white paper" design for a custom waterfront house, no job is too big or small.
Design & Construction Drawings: We produce all drawings using AutoCAD software - the industry standard. We can make revisions to your existing CAD files, or create new files from scratch. We can follow your existing CAD standards or utilize our own. We can also document any field edits that were made to a model design during construction so they can be added to the CAD files for future jobs.
3D Renderings: Nothing sells a project better than a photo-realistic rendering of your latest model home or custom home design. We work with a network of skilled CAD modelers and graphic artists who can produce fixed-view 2D and 3D renderings, rotational models and walk-thru, drive-by, fly-by and sail-by videos.
Presentations & Public Speaking: We're experienced communicators at public speaking engagements, and we can assist you in making public presentations to any size group. We can prepare the graphic presentations as well as to sell the benefits of your project to your peers.
